Machine learning often feels like magic—a mysterious box that ‘just works.’ However, as a self-taught learner, I wanted to peek under the hood. To gear up for my next term and the upcoming job market, I’ve embarked on a mission to rebuild these algorithms from the ground up.
So I want to create the series, ‘Machine Learning from Scratch,’ to document my process of solidifying my ML foundations, turning ‘black box’ mysteries into clear, implementable logic. I hope it can help others, and perhaps there will also be a follow-up series: ‘Deep Learning from Scratch.’ (If I can hold on lol).
